Due to the digital and instant nature of our premium services (including real-time EEZ boundary alerts, GPS tracking, and marine weather updates), all payments made to Omzza Infotech Pvt Ltd are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated and payment is successfully processed through our authorized payment gateways, no cash refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments will be issued under any circumstances.
Users are free to cancel their premium monthly subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current monthly billing period. Your account will automatically revert to the free tier at the start of the next billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
